• Proper configuration and lawful use of our Service are your responsibility.
• Reselling or sharing our Service without permission is prohibited.

4. Payments & Refunds

• Optimizer Service: All sales are final, and no refunds are provided.
• Proxy Service:
  • Monthly subscriptions ($3) are non-refundable.
  • Annual subscriptions ($27) may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, but users who refund cannot repurchase for 3 months.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Swuab's Optimizations is not responsible for any data loss, downtime, or damages caused by the use or misuse of our Service.
• Use at Your Own Risk: The network optimization program modifies network settings, and while designed to improve performance, it may not be compatible with all systems. If issues occur, including network failures, decreased performance, or system malfunctions, Swuab's Optimizations is not liable for any damages.

• Support is provided on a best-effort basis. While we strive to help, we cannot guarantee a resolution for every issue.
